Veterinarian checks will start at 1pm Thursday, February 17th. Special arrangements can be made with prior notification of your arrival time. Vaccination Forms and Rabies Certificates on all dogs MUST be available during Veterinarian checks. There will be a MANDATORY Musher meeting at 7:30pm on Thursday. You MUST attend this meeting or receive special permission not to attend by the Dog Derby Committee Chair or Registration Chair prior to the Wednsday before the race. Start time for Friday and Saturday’s race in 8:30am. Entries can be withdrawn up until the Musher meeting and ½ of the entry fee will be returned. No telephone entries will be accepted. A packet will be reserved for you upon receipt of a signed entry form and fee. All fees must be mailed and received before you can be registered. Good Luck!
RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT I agree to be responsible for the conduct of my dogs, my handlers, and myself. I will not hold the Ambassador’s Cup Sports Foundation, the American Dog Derby, it’s members, race committee, employees or volunteers, race sponsors, land owners (both private and government agencies), City of Ashton, Fremont County, State of Idaho, Department of Transportation, or Targhee National Forest, responsible for damages to myself, my dogs, handlers, or equipment. I understand that sick dogs are not allowed on the race trail, nor past any checkpoint, and that my failure to comply may result in disqualification.
